【摘要】 为寻求膀胱快速充盈的中药制剂 ,以利于对盆腔内的脏器进行B超检查时能形成良好的显像条件。将 2 32例进行盆腔内脏检查的B超受检者随机分为实验组、加糖组、开水组 ,其中 112例口服由益母草、白茅根、车前子、泽泻等中药制成的颗粒剂速尿饮 (实验组 ) ,6 0例口服速尿饮加白糖 (加糖组 ) ,6 0例口服白开水 (开水组 ) ,观察各组膀胱充盈情况。结果表明 ,在单位时间内 ,前 2组的尿量明显多于开水组 ,且膀胱充盈时间也明显少于开水组 (均 P <0 .0 1) ;而前 2组之间比较 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。说明中药速尿饮有快速利尿作用 ,能有效缩短膀胱充盈的最佳显像时间更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of Chinese medicine on the filling of bladder, 232 cases receiving type-B ultrasonography of pelvic organs were randomizedly allocated to three groups:Group A (n=112,Suniao Yin), Group B(n=60,Suniao Yin and sugar) and Group C(n=60, boiled water). The results showed that in the fixed time, urine volume in the bladder in Group A and Group B was much more than that in Group C, while time for the filling of bladder was less (P< 0.01 ). The differences of the above indexes between Group A and Group B were not significant (P> 0.05 ).It is concluded that Suniao Yin can accelerate the filling of bladder.更多还原
