【摘要】 针对目前保守治疗急性中央型腰椎间盘突出症存在疗效欠佳、疗程较长的缺点 ,为更好提高疗效、缩短疗程 ,采用自制痹痛散 (由牡丹皮、马钱子、两面针、秦艽、闹洋花等中药组成 )外敷阿是穴、腰阳关、腰眼、大肠俞、关元俞、环跳、阳陵泉等穴位治疗 33例 ,并随机选取 30例以超短波治疗作对照。经 1个月临床观察 ,结果 :治疗组 33例中 ,治愈率 39.4 % ,总有效率 87.9% ,平均疗程 (14.0± 3.8)d ;对照组 30例中 ,治愈率 2 0 % ,总有效率 6 3.3% ,平均疗程 (2 4 .0± 5.6 )d。经 χ2 及t检验 ,两组治愈率、总有效率、平均疗程均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,表明治疗组在提高疗效、缩短疗程方面优于对照组。除 3例病人皮肤出现水泡外 ,无明显过敏反应及毒副作用。提示痹痛散外敷穴位能较好地治疗急性中央型腰椎间盘突出症更多还原

【Abstract】 External application of self_prepared Bitong Powder on ouch point, Yaoyangguan, Yaoyan, Dachangshu, Guanyuanshu, Huantiao, Yanglingquan, etc. was used to treat 33 cases of acute central type prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, and 30 cases treated by microwave served as control. The results showed that in the treatment group the recovery rate was 39.4%, the total effective tate 87.9% and the mean course of treatment 14±3.8 days, while 20%, 63.3% and 24±5.6 days respectively in the control group.Chi_square test and T test showed the differences of the above indexes were significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01)as compared with the control group. It is indicated that external application of self_prepared Bitong Powder for acute central type prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc can increase the recovery rate and shorten the treatment course. No obvious allergic reaction nor toxic and adverse effects were found in the treatment group except 3 cases suffering cutaneous blister.更多还原
