我国鲤鱼遗传改良研究概况

【摘要】 我国鲤鱼遗传资源丰富,并且重视鲤鱼的开发利用和遗传改良。常用的鲤鱼遗传改良技术包括选择育种、杂交育种、单倍体和多倍体育种、引种驯化等,近些年来,细胞核移植、细胞融合、基因工程等生物技术发展很快。遗传改良成果的推广应用,提高了养殖产量和经济效益。

【Abstract】 China has rich carp genetic resources. Chinese Government has paid more attention to economical development and genetic improvement of common carp. The genetic breeding including selection, economical crossing, gynogenesis, polyploid, introducing new varieties from other regions or countries and etc. has been used for carp genetic improvement. Transplant of karyon, cell fusion and gene engineering have been developed in recent years. The achievements have brought about a great advance in the culture production of carp and economical benefit from it.
