橡胶树导胶引起生理生化变化的研究

【摘要】 橡胶树在采用导胶(CATASFLOW)技术[PId/6+ET(G),6d刺激1次]的排胶过程中,在高效激素乙烯作用下排胶时间长达36h以上,排胶速度低于对照(S/2d/3+ET),干胶含量(DRC)和总固形物含量(ISC)比对照低,并随排胶进程而下降,在24h内降至最低,然后缓慢回升,但停排前未达到开始排胶时的水平.蔗糖含量的变化与对照不同,随排胶进程而逐步上升,24h后达到最高水平并保持长达12h.橡胶转移酶(RuT)活性低于对照.RuT活性在开始排胶时最低,随排胶上升,16h内达到最高,后有所下降.RuT活性在排胶前期上升后就保持在高于开始导股时活性的30%~100%的水平上.破裂指数(BI)始终高于对照.BI随排胶上升到新高度(28%→36%)后,有所被动,但停排前仍比开始导胶时高。硫酸(R-SH)含量在排胶后4h变化很小,而后刚降到最低水平,再由慢到快地回升到最初的水平,而对照R-SH合量相对稳定.可溶性无机磷(Pi)、镁含量(Mg2+)均随排胶缓慢下降,而对照均剧降。

【Abstract】 The dynamic changes of physiological and biochemical parameters were studied during latex flow of Hevea trees adapting CATASFLOW technique [1PI d/6 +ET(G)], with stimulant applied every 6 days. Prolonged latex flow was as much as over 36 hours, and the flow speed were slower than that of the control (s/2 d/3 +ET). Dry rubber contents and total solids contents were lower than those of the control, and decreased with latex flow, and reached the lowest points within 24h of flow, before rose slowly but failed to reach the initial levels hll cessation of latex flow. sucrose content was different from that of the control, but rose with flow, topped the level after 24 h and lasted for 12 h. The activity of rubber transferase(RuT) was low as against the control. It was lowest at the initial flow but became higher with latex flow and reached the peak level in 16h of flow, then decreased slightly.The RuT activity maintained 3o %~1ll/% higher than the initial level at the eary stage of latex flow when it began to clime up. Bursting Index was higher than the control.It rose with latex flow to a new height (28/%→36/%) and then fluctuated to some extent but still higher than the initial level. Thiols content changed little within the first 4h, and then dropped sharply to the lowest,and rose slow ly and then fast to the initial level, whereas, the control was relatively stable. Both the soluble Pi and Mg contents decreased slowly with flow, while the control decreased dra matically.
