日本血吸虫未知基因JAYL0230全长cDNA的克隆和测序分析

【摘要】 为获取日本血吸虫未知基因全长cDNA,通过EST序列的同源性比较,发现日本血吸虫未知基因序列,将未知基因克隆的cDNA插入片段克隆到载体pBluscript(KS),并对其进行序列测定和序列分析。结果获得日本血吸虫未知基因JAYL0230的克隆,序列分析结果提示该cDNA序列含有一个402bp的完整阅读框序列。

【Abstract】 To obtain and analyse the complete sequence of a novel gene of Schistosoma japonicum . Methods: A novel gene of Schistosoma japonicum was found by homogenous analysis and was cloned into Blucript(KS), sequence it and analyse it with bioinformatic software. Results: A recombinant plasmid JAYL0230-Bliuscript(KS) was obtained. It contains a complete open reading frame(ORF), and maybe has putative function. Conclusion: Expressed sequence tags strategy and homogenous analysis are efficient to find novel genes.
