【摘要】 近年来新形成的本铁路沿线地区旅游资源丰富 ,区位适中 ,具有较好的可进入性 ,其区域旅游开发存在明显优势 ;但同时存在资源优势与市场需求不相称、资源的组合结构上存在一定的“阴影”现象、旅游地主题形象不鲜明和旅游“软环境”欠佳等主要制约因素。本文在揭示优势、发现并分析问题的基础上 ,提出了该地区区域旅游业可持续发展的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 A golden tourist corridor in the areas along the southern section of Beijing—Kowloon railway has formed in recent 3 years, The areas are abundant in tourist resources with moderate locations and comparatively good accessibility. However, there are some unfavourable factors that adversely affect the development of tourist industry,for example,the unsuitability of the tourism products to the market demand,the imperfectness of the structure of tourist resources, the indistinctness of tourism image, the poor “ soft-environment ” of tourism and so on. Some suggestions on sustainable development of tourist industry in the areas are put forward. 1) The tourist industry should be picked up to the “on-the-way-car” of economic movement in the more developed districts at north and south ends of the section, and tourism consciousness of the people along the section should be raised. 2) The duplicate of exploitation of tourism resources should be reduce,and the complementary effect should be enhanced in exploitation of different tourism resources.3)Measures should be taken to meet the demand of the tourists from large cities as the population of 10 million in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, requires a high capacity of short distance sightseeing tour. 4) “Great tourism ” for flourishing the reginoal economy should be developed. 5) The relationship between environment protection and tourist industry should be improved.更多还原
