青海省东部农业区良种燕麦种繁基地建设的成就和途径
Constructive Achievement and way of Seed-breeding Base of Fine oat Breeds in Eastern Agricultural area of Qinghai province
【摘要】 阐述了青海东部农业区建立燕麦种繁基地的背景及成就，具体叙述了种繁基地建设的主要运作途径。
【Abstract】 The report elaborated the background and achievement to construct the seed-breeding base of fine breeds in eastern agricultural area of Qinghai province, and depicted detailedly the main operating way to construct the seed-breeding base.
