紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)超氧化物歧化酶的电泳分析

【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对不同品种苜蓿的超氧化物歧化酶进行电泳分析。结果显示 ,不同苜蓿品种具有6条共同的SOD同工酶酶带。适应高寒地区气候条件的当地品种 (系 )同德杂种苜蓿表现出与其它苜蓿品种较大的特异性 ,与其它苜蓿品种相比缺少Rf0 .5 7和Rf0 .60两条酶带 ,而具有两条Rf0 .66和Rf0 .79酶带。抑制试验表明苜蓿超氧化物歧化酶为CuZn SOD。对同德杂种苜蓿的抑制试验结果与其它苜蓿品种不同

【Abstract】 The analysis of superoxide dismutase for various cultivars of alfalfa(Medicago sativa) was performed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results of the experiment showed that six common isozyme band for various cultivars of alfalfa appeared on gel.The distinction of superoxide dismutase band was observedin‘Tongde alfalfa’which was a native cultivar adapted to cold weather of alpine area.To compare with other cultivars of alfalfa they lacked two bands that relative mobility of them were 0.57、0.60,but showed two bands that relative mobility of them were 0.66 and 0.79 Inhibition experiment indicated superoxide dismutase types of alfalfa were CuZn SOD.Performances of ‘Tongde alfalfa’against inhibitor were different.with other cultivars of alfalfa.
