【摘要】 用丹麦产NUNC一次性细胞培养瓶、199培养基加小牛血清培养鸡胚成纤维细胞 ,结果显示 ,细胞生长快 ,贴壁良好 ,2 4h单层细胞即长满瓶底 ,无卷边脱落现象发生。将在鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜上适应了的鸡痘病毒接种鸡胚成纤维细胞 ,4d后细胞出现预期的典型病变 ,并且可见大量多核巨细胞形成 ,证明鸡痘病毒具有诱发细胞融合的功能 ,而且说明 ,用鸡胚成纤维细胞增殖鸡痘病毒 ,可获得数量可观的病毒粒子。将细胞毒回归鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜 ,形成白色典型痘斑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chick embryo fibroblast (CEF) was cultured on 199 medium with calf serum in NUNC cellular culture flask,Denmark made.The results were as follows:The CEF grown quickly,fulled the bottom of bottle after 24 hrs culture and closely nestled to wall of culture flask,and there not was the phonomena of border crimp and exfoliation Fowl pox virus (FPV) which had adapted to grow in chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) was inoculated to CEF;4 days later,the expected changes in the cell and a great member of multinucletea giant cell were found.It was demonstrated that the FPV can induce the cytomixis and when FPV was proliferated in CEF the enormous virus can be obtained meanwhile,the typical white pockmark virus cultured in cell can be formed in CAM inoculated by the virus cultured in cell.更多还原
