【摘要】 本实验观察了脑复康、氨茶碱、维生素B6、氯丙嗪、异搏定和庆大霉素等药物对兔血红细胞渗液抵抗性的影响 ,结果发现 ,脑复康、氨茶碱和异搏定显著增加兔血红细胞渗透抵抗性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而维生素B6、氯丙嗪和庆大霉素则极显著增加红细胞渗透脆性 (P <0 .0 1)。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect of Piracetam, Aminophyllinum, Isoptic, Chlorpromazina, Garamycin and Vitamine B 6 rabbit’s erythrocyte osmotic fragility and provide the theoretical basis for clinical medicine, the test was divided into control group and experiment group. The results indicated that Ispotic, Aminophyllinum and Piracetam increased significantly rabbit’s erythrocyte osmotic resistibility. Chlorpromazine, Garamycin and Vitamine B 6 increased significantly rabbit’s erythrocyte osmotic fragility.更多还原
