【摘要】 目的 :探讨T4 期乳腺癌术前尺动脉插管化疗的效果。方法 :4 3例T4 期乳腺癌随机分为 2组 ,分别用 5 氟脲嘧啶、阿霉素联合药物经尺动脉插管和全身静脉化疗。结果 :尺动脉插管化疗组与全身静脉化疗组的有效率分别为 86 .4 %和 4 7.6 % ;5年生存率分别为 4 5.5%和 33.3% ,尺动脉插管化疗组毒副反应相对轻。结论 :T4 期乳腺癌患者经尺动脉插管化疗效果理想 ,值得临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of T 4 stage breast cancer treated by ulnar artery intubation chemotherapy before operation.Metthods:43 cases of T 4 stage breast cancer were divided into 2 groups,which were treated with 5 FU plus ADM separately by ulnar artery intubation and whole body vein chemotherapy.Results:The active rate in the group of ulnar artery intubation chemotherapy was 86.4% and 47.6%.In the group of vein chemotherapy 5 year survival rates were 45.5% and 33.3%,The toxic effects in the group of ulnar artery intubation chemotherapy were less.Conclusions:The effects of the patients of T 4 stage mammary glands cancer treated by ulnar artery intubation chemotherapy are much better.It is valuable in the clincal treatment.更多还原
