【摘要】 目的 :观察兰他隆 (lentaron)治疗绝经后晚期和复发性乳腺癌患者的疗效和副作用。方法 :1998年 11月～ 1999年 9月对 17例绝经后晚期和复发性乳腺癌患者给予兰他隆 2 50mg肌肉注射 ,每2周 1次 ,至少 2个月。结果 :无完全缓解者 ,部分缓解率 2 9 4 1% (5/ 17) ,稳定 6 4 71% (11/ 17) ,进展5 88% (1/ 17)。治疗中出现轻度副作用 7例 ,无严重不良反应。结论 :兰他隆对于绝经后乳腺癌患者疗效好、不良反应发生率低 ,是复发性乳腺癌以及不能耐受手术、化疗的原发性乳腺癌的首选药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate curative effects and adverse effects of lentaron for postmenopausal women with advanced and recurrent breast cancer.Methods:Intramuscular injection of 250 mg lentaron was given in 17 patients with advanced and recurrent breast cancer every 2 weeks between November 1998 and September 1999.The effects were assessed after at least 2 months.Results:The responses were observed:0 CR,29 41%PR,SD 64 71%,5 88 %PD.There were only mild adverse effects in 7 patients,without serious toxicity.Conclusions:The finding suggests that lentaron is effective and safe.It can be recommended as animportant alternative in the treatment of recurrent and primary breast cancer who cannot tolerated operation or chemotherapy.更多还原
