【摘要】 目的 :检测乳腺癌患者血清中CYFRA2 1 1水平 ,探讨其在乳腺癌的术前诊断和术后随访监测中的应用价值。方法 :采用放免法测定 34例乳腺良性疾病患者术前、4 7例乳腺癌患者术前和术后 4周及 56例乳腺癌术后随访患者的血清CYFRA2 1 1水平 ,进行对照分析。结果 :乳腺良性疾病无 1例阳性 ;乳腺癌术前阳性率仅 2 1% ,但两者血清CYFRA2 1 1水平有明显差异 ;4 7例乳腺癌患者手术前与术后 4周血清CYFRA2 1 1水平相比有显著差异 ;56例乳腺癌患者术后随访 8例转移复发者中 6例阳性 ,无转移复发者均阴性 ,转移复发者血清CYFRA2 1 1水平较无转移复发者明显增高 ,两者相比差异有极显著性。结论 :血清CYFRA2 1 1检测对乳腺癌特异性高 ,但对乳腺癌术前诊断价值不大 ,对乳腺癌转移复发的监测有非常重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical significance of CYFRA21 1 in diagnosis and therapeutic discrimination for breast cancer.Methods:The changes of serum CYFRA21 1 level were detected by RIA method in 34 patients with breast benign diseases,47 patients with protopathic breast cancer before and after their operations and 56 patients with breast cancer only after operations.Results:Serum CYFRA21 1 level was significantly higher in the patients with protopathic breast cancer before operation(the positive rate was 21%)than the patients with benign breast diseases (serum CYFRA21 1 were all negative).In the patients with protopathic breast cancer,the level of CYFRA21 1 after the operation for 4 weeks was lower than that before operation and the difference of them was significant.The patients’ serum CYFRA21 1 level didn’t exceed the positive number after four weeks of the operations.In 56 patients with breast cancer after operation,there were patients with metastasis and recidivation and their CYFRA21 1 levels(the positive rate was 75%)were significantly higher than those without metastasis an recidivation(the positive rate was zero).Conclusions:The change of serum CYFRA21 1 level had no high sensitivity for breast cancer.However,it had a close relationship with high specificity and for the detection of metastasis and recidivation of breast cancer,it had a significant clinical value.更多还原
