【摘要】 目的 :研究树突状细胞在混合淋巴细胞反应中的辅佐功能。方法 :应用MTT法检测人外周血分离培养的DCs在同种异体的混合淋巴细胞反应中激发同种T淋巴细胞增殖的能力。结果 :只需少量DCs ,即可强烈激发同种T淋巴细胞增殖。结论 :DCs是T淋巴细胞增殖反应中的重要辅佐细胞 ,具有良好的刺激同种T淋巴细胞增殖的能力更多还原

【Abstract】 Obgective:To investigate the assisted function of dendritc cells(DCs)in mixed lymphocyte reaction.Methods:The proliferation ability of allogeneic T cells stimulated by dendritic cells from human periphral blood were observed by MTT method.Results:Only a little number of dendritic cells can stimulate the proliferation of allogeneic T cells efficiently.Conclusions:DCs are important assisted cells in T cells proliferation. They are potent stimulators in allogeneic mixed lymphocyte reaction.更多还原
