【摘要】 目的 :观察恩丹西酮 (OND)对顺铂 (DDP)所致呕吐的预防效果和合理的止吐方案。方法 :对2 4 0例接受含DDP方案化疗的患者 ,观察对比OND单用和联用地塞米松 (DXM ) ,以及胃复安联用DXM ,对DDP的止吐疗效。结果 :OND联用DXM组的有效率高达 94 .0 % ,与OND单用组 ( 88.2 % )相似 ,且每日 1次给药也能取得较满意疗效 ,均明显高于胃复安加DXM组 ( 35.1% )。结论 :ONP联用DXM每日 1次给药的止吐方案 ,对预防DDP所致呕吐疗效较满意 ,且经济实用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To further evaluate the clinical usefulness of ondansetron(OND)with modified regimen in the prevention of cisplatin(DDP) induced nausea and vomiting.Methods:A total of 240 patients accepted treatment with DDP containing regimens.The total cyclic dose of DDP was 80-120 mg/m 2,which was divided into 2 to 5 days.Of them,76 patients were given iv OND 8mg once or twice or thrice a day, 67 patients were given OND(it’s usage as mentioned above)plus dexanethasone(DXM)5 10 mg once a day, and 97 patients were given im or iv metoclopramide(MCP)20 40 mg plus DXP 5 10 mg once a day or followed by im MCP 10 20 mg at 8 hours after the therapy of DDP.Results:The antiemetic effect of the OND plus DXM was patient received 94.0%, similar to OND alone(88.2%)and both higher( P <0.01)than that of MCP plus DXM(35.1%).Conclusions:The modified regimen given iv OND and DXM once a day is more satisfactory against emesis induced by DDP.The price of the modified regimen is lower and the usage is simpler.更多还原
