【摘要】 目的 :对本地区胃癌病人中人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)的感染状况做一调查研究。方法 :采用PCR技术对 4 1例新鲜胃癌组织中HPV16和 18型病毒的感染进行检测。结果 :4 1例新鲜胃癌组织中HPV16型阳性率为 4 .88% (2 / 4 1) ;HPV18型阳性率为 9.76 % (4 / 4 1) ;两型合计阳性率为 14.6 4 %。结论 :本地的HPV16和 18型病毒的感染率与文献报道的比较居中等水平 ,没有两型病毒双重感染的结果与文献报道一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study of infection HPV16/18 of the stomach neoplasma in this region.Methods:Analysis 41 case fresh stomach cancer tissue HPV infected by PCR.Results:One case HPV16 and one HPV18 are positive in 41 stomach cancer, the ratio HPV16 is 4.88% and HPV18 is 9.76%.The total is 14.64%.Conclusions:PHV16 and 18 infected ration is in middle level in this area compared with document record.Double infection of two types of virus is in the same level with document record.更多还原
