【摘要】 目的 :探讨非功能性胰岛细胞瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法 :对 1968～ 1998年间收治的非功能性胰岛细胞瘤 2 2例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :2 2例患者 ,68.2 %的病人发现上腹部肿块或查体发现胰腺肿块 ,B超和CT检查肿块定位准确率分别为 80 %和 87 5%。肿瘤钙化率和强化率分别为4 3 8%和 83 3%。术前超声引导肿块穿刺活检 9例 ,8例 ( 88 9% )能定性诊断。结论 :B超、CT和术前超声引导肿块穿刺活检是发现本病的主要手段 ,应将病理检查和肿瘤生物学行为结合起来判定良恶性 ,手术切除是治疗本病的有效方式更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of nonfunctioning islet cell tumors.Methods:22 patients with nonfunctioning islet cell tumor admitted from 1968 to 1998 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Of 22 cases,Epigastric or pancreatic masses were found in 15 cases(68.2%). Accurate localization rates of ultrasound and CT examinations were 80% and 87.5%, respectively. Calcified spots were found in 7 of 16 cases, 10 of 12 cases were enhanced on contrast CT. Preoperative ultrasoundguided needle biopsy was performed on 9 cases. 8 of 9 cases were qualitatively diagnosed. Conclusions: Ultrasound, CT and preoperative ultrasoundguided needle biopsy were main methods in detecting this disease.Both pathological examination and biological behavior of the tumor should be considered to judge whether the tumor is benign or malignant. Surgical resection is the effective treatment method.更多还原
