【摘要】 目的 :探讨中晚期老年胃癌的外科治疗的合理方案。方法 :回顾分析 1990年 1月～ 1998年 6月 ,山东省乳山市人民医院手术治疗 60岁以上胃癌 336例的临床资料。结果 :粘液腺癌 90例 ,乳头状腺癌 76例 ,粘液细胞癌 72例 ,管状腺癌 64例 ,低分化腺癌 2 6例 ,未分化癌 8例。Ⅲ期 2 98例 ,Ⅳ期 38例。手术切除 30 1例 ,切除率 89 7%。术后切口感染 4例 ,无 1例死亡。 5年生存率 4 5 2 % ( 66/ 146)。结论 :加强围手术期处理 ,选择适当的手术方式 ,是预防老年人胃癌手术后并发症的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the surgical treatment for aged patients with gastric cancer.Methods:From January 1990 to June 1998 336 patients with gastric cancer at the age 60 years old and over were treated by surgery in Shandong Rushan people′s hospital.Results:The types of pathology consisted of mucous adenocarcinoma(90 cases),polypoid adenocarcinoma (76 cases),mucous cell carcinoma (72 cases),tublar adenocarinoma (64 cases),low differentiated adenocarcinoma (26 cases) and nondifferentiated carcinoma(8 cases).There were 298 cases of stage Ⅲ and 38 cases of stage Ⅳ.The resection rate was 897%.Postoperative complication developed in 4 cases (12%) with wound infection.There was no death.Fiveyear survival rate wae 452%(66/146).Conclusions:Intensive perioporative treatment and the right surgical method is the key for the aged gastric cancer patients to prevent postoperative complications.更多还原
