【摘要】 目的 :研究急性白血病促、抑凋亡基因表达、白血病细胞DNA含量及三指标间相关性。方法 :用流式细胞术检测 51例急性白血病及 2 0例良性血液患者CD95、bcl 2表达率、白血病细胞DNA含量。结果 :急性白血病CD95表达率降低且与完全缓解率无关。bcl 2表达率、白血病细胞DNA异倍体率增高且化疗后完全缓解率低。CD95、bcl 2、白血病细胞DNA指数 (DI)间无相关性 ,三指标表达均异常相关性分析 ,CD95与bcl 2呈负相关 ,r =- 0 .80 11,P <0 .0 5,CD95与DI无相关性r =0 .50 12 ,P >0 .0 5,bcl 2与DI呈正相关 ,r =0 .790 2 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :急性白血病CD95、bcl 2表达率 ,白血病细胞DNA检测可进一步研究急性白血病发病机制 ,指导临床合理用药及预测预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of promotive and inhibitory apoptotic genes,the DNA content of the cells and their interrelationship in acute leukemias.Methods:Flowcytometric analysis of CD 95 、bcl2 and the DNA content of the cells was performed in 51 patients with acute leukemias and 20 nonmalignant controls.Results:The expression rate of CD 95 was decreased and didn’t relate to CR rate.The expression rate of bcl2 and the DNA abnormal cells was increased,and there was a inverse relation to CR rate. There wasn’t correlated among the expression rate of CD 95 ,bcl2 and DI(DNA index).But in the patient with three abnormal in dexes,CD 95 bcl2 and DI,CD 95 and bcl2 was inverse correlation,r=-0.8011,P<0.05,CD 95 and DI was not correlation,r=0.5012,P>0.05,bcl2 and DI was correlation,r=0.7902,P<0.05.Conclusions:Measurements of CD 95 、bcl2 expression rate and the DNA content of the cells might put some insight into the pathogensesis of acute leukemia and be helpful in clinical management of these disesse.更多还原
