汽轮机转子热应力简化计算公式的选取

【摘要】 为适应大容量汽轮发电机组转子寿命在线监测系统的需要 ,解决有限元法计算效率低 ,不能应用于在线计算的问题 ,对现有热应力简化公式进行了计算 ,并与有限元法的计算结果进行了比较 ,计算结果表明一维差分法比较适用于启停机工况的热应力计算 ,从而为转子在线监测系统热应力计算公式的合理选取提供了依据

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ] In order to meet the needs of rotor lifetime online supervising and computing system of large capability turbine generator, to solve the problem that finite-element method cann’t be used in online computing because of its low computing efficiency, three reduction formulas in existence are computed and compared with the finite-element method result. The results of the calculation show that the one-dimension difference method fits the need of turbine rotor thermal stress online computing during the operational phases of start-up and shutdown. Based on the conclusion, a reasonable selection of online thermal stress reduction formula can be made for rotor online supervision system. [WT5HZ]
