小波变化在振动故障奇异信号检测中的应用
Application of Wavelet Transform in Detecting Strange Signals of Vibration Faults
【摘要】 从理论上分析了利用小波变化来检测信号的奇异特征的原理 ,并对信号的奇异性进行了定义。研制出了用于检测信号奇异特征的计算机程序 ,并利用研制出的分析程序对仿真信号 (正弦信号中叠加周期性的冲击信号 )和实验转子的故障信号进行分析 ,从而证实了小波变化在检测奇异信号方面的有效性 ,可用于旋转机械的非线性故障特征提取
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]On the base of the definition of strangeness of signal, the theory based on wavelet transform in detecting strange of signal is studied. A software based on wavelet transform for detecting strange fault feature of vibration signal is developed. Case study shows that the software is effective on detecting strange feature of signal and can find use in nonlinear fault feature extraction of rotating machinery. [WT5HZ]
