【摘要】 目的 :探讨疝环充填无张力疝修补术的护理特点及护理配合。方法 :总结 2 3例腹股沟疝患者实施疝环充填无张力疝修补术中的护理配合过程 ,结合文献复习进行分析。结果 :手术切口长度平均约 3cm ,手术时间比传统手术平均缩短一半 ,无 1例发生并发症 ,术后随诊无复发者 ,手术配合顺利。结论 :熟悉该手术的过程及掌握护理配合要点 ,医护配合默契是该手术顺利进行的关键。更多还原
