【摘要】 目的 :研制温控性外伤护罩以治疗护理皮肤大面积损伤及患皮肤病等需行暴露疗法时的保暖 ,防止飞尘落入伤口及调控局部空间的温度和湿度。方法 :用钢筋制成支架 ,覆盖消毒单、毛毯或电热毯。结果 :用于护理烧伤 8例 ,试验组菌落数 96cfu/m2 ,平均住院 2 8d ,对照组菌落数 15 6cfu/m2 ,平均住院 37d (P <0 0 5 ) ,用于护理爆炸伤 10例 ,试验组平均住院 2 0 5d ,对照组平均住院 2 4 5d (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :外伤性护罩使用方便 ,有利于护理 ,为促进伤口愈合创造了条件更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To invent temperature-controlling shade,treat and nurse large area dermal injury and dermatological disease when exposure therapy is neededThis shade can keep dust away from wound,adjust local temperature and moistureMethod:In this therapy we use steel made frame,disinfectant sheet,carpet or electric heating carpetResult:We use this method in nursing 8 cases burns,with bacteria flora 96 cfu/?m2,average hospitalization duration 28 days,in control group,flora 156cfu/?m2,duration 37 days;treat 10 cases explosion injury with 205 days duration controlled by 245 days(P<005)Conclusion:This shade is easy to use,help healing of wound更多还原
