【Abstract】 Based on the experience of developing the community health care greatly more than 3 years since 1996 in the Chaoyang district of Beijing,the paper described health manpower and explored the key part of developing the community health care-health manpower development,analysing current situation and the countermeasures aiming at existing problems of allocating the health resources,implementing the General Practice training project,establishing the correspond policy,and showing the function of the community health care sufficiently.更多还原
