超微细高纯氧化铝制备

【摘要】 净化铝酸钠溶液加入自制高活性超细氢氧化铝晶种进行种分分解、制备超微细高纯氢氧化铝和氧化铝。制得SiO2 <0 0 0 73 % ,Fe2 O3<0 0 0 71% ,Na2 O <0 3 %。平均粒度 <2 μm的超微细高纯氢氧化铝 ;焙烧后得超微细高纯氧化铝

【Abstract】 Sodium aluminate solution is purified and is seed-precipitated with addition of super-fine alumina with high activity to prepare super-fine and high-purity aluminum hydroxide and alumina.The super-fine and high-purity aluminum hydroxide of SiO 2 <0 0073%,Fe 2O 3<0 0071%,Na 2O<0 3% and mean grain size<2μm is produced and the auper-fine and high-purity alumina can be obtained after calcination.
