Calibration of linear dynamic range for CCD system
【摘要】 提出了一种标定 CCD图像采集系统动态范围的实用方法。利用尖劈形成一列光强逐级衰减的标定光源 ,结合插值法给出 CAS-51 2 A CCD系统的线性动态范围。可用于强激光领域中 CAS-51 2 A CCD图像采集系统的实用线性动态范围的标定
【Abstract】 With many advantages, scientific -grade CCD camera has been applied to diagnose the quality of laser beam in the field of high-power solid laser. Linear dynamic range is one of the most impor tant characteristics. A new method calibrating the dynamic range for CAS-512A C CD system with optical wedge is reported.
