环形区域上Zernike模式法波前重构
ZERNIKE MODEL WAVEFRONT RECONSTRUCTION FOR ANNULAR FIELD
【摘要】 针对激光技术领域常见的环形激光光束 ,利用圆域 Zernike多项式和环域 Zernike多项式进行模式法波前重构 ,结果显示 :如果环形激光光束波前相位畸变主要由低空间频率成分组成 ,则可以直接利用圆域 Zernike多项式进行波前重构 ;如果环形激光光束波前相位畸变含有较多的高阶频率成分 ,则利用环域 Zernike多项式进行波前重构。
【Abstract】 Model wavefront reconstruction with Zernike circular polynomial and Zernike annular polynomial for annular laser beam are researched. The results are: if wavefront phase of annular laser beam consists of low frequency components only, Zernike circular polynomial can be used to wavefront reconstruction directly; if wavefront phase of annular laser beam consists of some high spase-frequency components, Zernike annular polynomial will be better.
