圆形截面三岔管内的流场分析
Numerical analysis of fluid flow in fork tube with circle cross section
【摘要】 为江苏宜兴抽水蓄能电站工程建设中钢岔管设计提供最佳岔管角度值 ,选择 64°,74°,84° 3种不同角度的岔管内水流的压力损失进行对比分析。计算中求解三维雷诺平均方程 ,并选择了 k- ε两方程湍流模型 ,采用 SIMPL E算法求解三维湍流方程。计算结果表明 ,通过对 3种不同角度的岔管内进出口处压力损失的比较 ,得出 64°岔管内的流动损失最小 ,为最佳方案 ,而且计算值与实验吻合得很好。
【Abstract】 A series of analyses of flow loss in three types of fork tubes with circle cross section were made to investigate an optimal angle degree for designing of fork tube in the Yixing power plant. Renolds averaged equations with k ε turbulence model are solved to numerically simulate fluid flow in the fork tube. The models used the SIMPLE algorithm. The calculated results show that fork tube with angle degree of 64 is the best one among fork tubes with angle degree of 64, 74 and 84 by comparing energy loss between inlet and outlet. They also show that results of calculation are accordant with experimental data.
