喷动床多气体入口对燃料颗粒包覆工艺的影响

【摘要】 包覆燃料颗粒的制备是 10 MW高温气冷堆中的关键技术。论文介绍了一种用于生产包覆燃料颗粒的具有多气体入口的新颖喷动床 ,通过不同气体入口条件下的包覆试验 ,揭示了该喷动床具有包覆反应区向喷管区收缩的特点 ,该特点可使得包覆层更均匀 ,密度低 ,颗粒周期性循环对包覆层性能波动的影响减弱等等 ;同时该喷动床的喷动高度低 ,减少了颗粒因碰撞而导致的包覆层裂纹。因此 ,该喷动床适合于包覆燃料颗粒的制备

【Abstract】 The fuel particle coating is a key technology for the 10MW high temperature gas cooled reactor (HTR 10). A new spouted bed with multiple gas inlets was used for the fuel particle coating. Coating experiments with different gas inlet conditions showed that the coating reaction zone in the spouted bed was limited to the bed spout. Since the coating reaction zone was limited to the spout, the coating layer was more uniform and the layer density was low with little effect of particle circulation on the coating layer properties. A lower spout height in the bed reduced the coating layer crack. Accordingly, the spouted bed is effective for coating fuel particles.
