用TRPO从模拟高放废液中去除钕和镅的实验
Cascade test of removing Nd3+ and Am3+ from simulated high level liquid waste of nuclear power station
【摘要】 采用 10级萃取、 2级洗涤的工艺条件 ,用 Nd3+ 代替 Am3+ ,在直径为 10 mm的环隙式微型离心萃取器上 ,进行了 TRPO流程从动力堆模拟高放废液中去除三价锕系元素的冷实验。结果表明 :Nd3+ 去污系数可达 5× 10 5 ,与串级计算结果符合的较好。同时给出了硝酸、 Nd3+ 、 Fe3+ 等元素在各级的浓度剖面和物料衡算结果。在冷实验的基础上 ,进一步改进工艺条件 ,进行了放射性 Am3+ 的示踪串级实验 ,Am3+ 的去污系数达到 1.2 6× 10 6 。冷实验和示踪实验结果表明 :动力堆高放废液经过 TRPO流程处理 ,可以满足动力堆高放废液的非 α要求。
【Abstract】 Using 10 stages for extraction, 2 stages for scrubbing, the cold test was proceeded on the miniature centrifugal contactors with 10mm diameter using Nd 3+ to simulate Am 3+ . The results showed that the decontamination factor (DF) of Nd 3+ reached 5×10 5. The concentration profiles of Nd 3+ , Fe 3+ , H +, etc and their material balances were given. The radioactive tracing test of Am 3+ was carried out based on the cold test. The DF of Am 3+ was 1.26×10 6. The results of the cold and tracing test showed that the non α waste requirement of high level liquid waste of nuclear power station could be met by TRPO process.
