【摘要】 鉴于通过行政系统全面收集数据并进行综合评价已难于做到 ,提出了一种离散抽样评价方法 ,可以适应市场经济环境的变化。其基本思路是通过模糊概率把模糊数学理论和数理统计方法结合起来 ,从而可以由样本推断总体的等级隶属度。使用这种抽样方法 ,综合评价结果对评价对象数不敏感 ,从而克服了统计上的困难。该模型在项目管理和法制计量监督上获得初步应用 ,实践证明行之有效更多还原

【Abstract】 Complete imformation can not possible be collected for comprehensive evaluation of market systems. A discrete sample method was proposed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to account for environmental variations under market economy conditions. The model combines fuzzy mathematics theory with statistical methods by using fuzzy probability. The model deduces the membership degrees of the general aggregate from the degrees of the sample. With the sample model, the comprehensive evaluation result is not sensitive to the number of evaluation objects, thus overcoming the statistical difficulties. The model has been applied to project management and legal measurement supervision to verify its efficiency.更多还原
