快速可重组制造系统的可诊断性设计原理
Diagnosability of rapidly reconfigurable manufacturing systems
【摘要】 为保证快速可重组制造系统的工作质量 ,给出了其可诊断性的定义 ,在快速可重组制造系统结构模型的基础上提出了系统运行过程中的可诊断性的概率模型和矩阵模型 ,根据矩阵模型得出保证快速可重组制造系统具有完全可诊断性时系数矩阵应为满秩矩阵 ,并进行了论证。实践证明这个方法能快速地用于快速重组系统的可诊断性估计
【Abstract】 To ensure the operating qualities of a rapidly reconfigurable manufacturing system (RRMS), the definition of RRMS and its diagnosability were introduced in this paper. The probability model and the matrix model of the diagnosability were analyzed based on the system model. To make the RRMS diagnosable, the coefficient matrix should be nonsingular and the rank of the conefficient matrix should be equaled to the number of the matrix rows. The method can be easily used to evaluate the diagosability of a system as it is reconfigured.
