循环流化床锅炉动态模型与仿真
Dynamic modeling and simulation of CFB boiler
【摘要】 循环流化床 ( CFB)燃烧是一项高效、低污染的技术。建立了 CFB锅炉的动态数学模型。模型沿气体和固体的主要流动方向将流化床系统划分成连续的一系列小室 ,在每一小室内对各物质建立质量和能量的非稳态方程。同时 ,模型考虑了气固两相流动、煤颗粒燃烧、SOx、NOx 的生成与还原反应及受热面上的热传递。对一台 3 5 t/h CFB锅炉进行了动态仿真计算。计算结果表明 :该模型可以准确反映所仿真锅炉的动态特性。该模型可以预测锅炉特性 ,为设计和运行提供指导 ;可用于开发模拟培训仿真器 ;还可以为控制策略的选择和控制系统的设计提供指导
【Abstract】 Circulating fluidized bed (CFB) combustion technology has high efficiency and low pollution. The dynamic CFB boiler model was developed by dividing the boiler into a series of chambers along the flow gas direction. For each chamber the unsteady mass and energy were solved for different substances. The model included gas solid flow, devolitilization and combustion of coal particles, formation and reduction of NO x and SO x , and the heat transfer along the heating surface. The simulation was based on a 35t/h CFB boiler. The results indicated that the model properly reflects the dynamic performance of the boiler. The model can provide information concerning the design and operation of CFB boilers and the development of training simulators and can be used for the selection of control methods and design of control systems for CFB boilers.
