【Abstract】 A review of bio antioxidants with 43 references is presented focusing on different kinds of bio antioxidants and their inhibitory effect on the biomembrane injury caused by free radicals formed under oxygen stress and studies on the prevention and therapy cancer, coronary heart disease, aging, cataracts caused by antioxidants. The synergism, structural relationships, antioxidant reactivity and recent advances in bio antioxidants are also summarized.更多还原
