【摘要】 用不同的盐浓度对蚕豆 (ViciafabaL .)处理的实验表明 :叶绿素含量随盐浓度的增大而有所降低 ,而叶绿素a/b则无明显变化。当NaCl浓度升至 1%时 ,叶绿素的含量在处理后的第三天呈现“增 -降”现象 ,在 1 5 %NaCl浓度下 ,“增 -降”尤为显著。这种叶绿素含量的变化势必影响到以叶片叶绿素含量比来判断植物抗盐性大小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Plants (Vicia faba L.) were grown in pots containing coarse gravel and irrigated every day with 1/4 Hoagland’s solution.Plants were dealt with 0%,0 5%,1%,1 5%,2%NaCl on day 10 after Branching stage.Chlorophyll a and b were measured.The results indicate that Chlorophyll concentration were reduced by the NaCl treatments,at the time,Chlorophyll a/b rate was not obviously changed.By adding to 1 5%NaCl,Chlorophyll concentration shows clearly up-down changing on the third day.更多还原
