【Abstract】 The new composition analysis method of Al-Ti-B grain refiners for aluminium alloy is provided by x-ray diffractometer. It replaces chemical analysis and avoides the shortcoming of chemical analysis. This method is to determine directly the phase content of aluminium alloy grain refiners, not chemical element content.
