异型材挤压设计理论及其应用
A Theory of Different Model Stuff Extrusion and Application
【摘要】 提出了挤压中心的新假设,建立了异型材挤压设计理论,并开发了相应挤压CAD/CAE软件,数值模拟了变形区的速度场、应变速率场以及摩擦因子、断面减缩率对相对应力的影响,获得了挤压凹模的最佳参数,并应用于挤压工程实践
【Abstract】 A new assumptions of extrusion center for defferent model stuff extrusion is presented. A theory about different modlle stuff extrusion is set up and develops corresponding software. The admissible velocity field and strain rate fields are simulated in this paper. The influences of area reduction, friction factor, and shape of dies are investigated. The theory is applied to different model stuff extrusion production.
