【摘要】 目的 为了解血清白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)在戊肝病程中的变化及意义。方法 动态观察了76例戊肝患者急性期及恢复期的sIL-2R水平,并与同期血清ALT及T-Bil水平进行了对比,以健康献血员作对照。结果 戊肝各期sIL-2R水平均高于对照组,戊肝极期sIL-2R水平显著高于恢复期(P<0.01～0.05),戊肝各期sIL-2R水平与ALT及T-Bil呈显著正相关(r=0.58,P<0.ol;r=0.40,P<O.05),戊肝极期sIL-2R水平与戊肝病程呈显著正相关(r=0.62,P<0.01)。sIL-2R下降速度与病程呈显著负相关(r=-0.6,P<0.01)。结论 sIL-2R在戊肝致病中起重要作用,动态观察可较好反映戊肝病情及预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the change of IL-2R in serum(sIL-2R) of patients with HEV infection and its significance. Methods The serums from 76 patients suffered from HEV were dynamically detected in order to determine the change of sIL-2R,ALT and total Bilirubil Level under their acute and healing phases. Results sIL-2R level in both acute and recovered period were significantly increased as compared with that of the control group and the level in the acute period was higher than that in the recovered period. There were obvious difference among different groups (P<0.01~0.05). The sIL-2R lever was positively related to those of ALT and T-Bilirubin(r= 0. 58,P<0. 01;r=0. 40,P<0. 05)and also to the staytime of the phase for patients with HEV infection from acute state to recovery state(r=0.62,P<0.01),which was negatively related to the falling speed of sIL-2R level(r= -0. 66,P<0. 01). Conclusion It was revealed that cellular immunity plays an important role in HEV development which can be estimated by dynamic measurement of sIL-2R level.更多还原
