【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病危险因素。方法 对1953名城市居民进行了有关糖尿病的健康状况调查,对糖尿病可疑的有关因素进行了多元非条件Logistic回归分析,筛选出与糖尿病有关的因素,作多元回归模型。结果 糖尿病家族史、文化程度、体重指数、体力劳动、吸烟年限、年龄、舒张压值、戒烟程度为入选因素,其OR值分别为2.903、1.602、1.110、1.077、1.053、1.052、1.034、0.9531。结论 糖尿病的危险因素为糖尿病家族史、文化程度、体重指数、体力劳动、吸烟年限、年龄、舒张压值、戒烟程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the risk factors of diabetic mellitus(DM) Methods A health status investigate on DM was carried out among 1953 urban citizens. A mul-tivariate non-condition logistic regression analysis on diabetic suspcious factors was given. The authors screened some factors related to DM. and made a multivariate regression model. Results Family history of DM .Educational degree, Weight index,Lobon acivities .Duration of Smoking history, Age, Diastolic pvessure value, Smoking abstinence degree were all risk factors OR values were 2. 903,1. 602,1. 110,1. 077,1- 053,1. 052,1. 034 and 0.9531 respectively.
