两段活性污泥法处理炼油废水的工艺研究
Study on the Process of Two-stage Activated Sludge Used in Oil-refining Wastewater Treatment
【摘要】 分析了两段活性污泥工艺处理炼油废水存在的问题 ,提出以水解—好氧生物膜法代替原来的一曝池 ,并采用活性污泥作为二级好氧处理的新工艺 .实验表明 ,该法处理炼油废水的出水水质稳定 ,经 10h的停留时间 ,出水COD <10 0mg/L ,NH3-N <10mg/L .
【Abstract】 The problems of two-stage activated sludge process on the treatment of oil-refining waste-water were analysed.A new process composed of hydrolysis-aerobic biofilm and activated aludge reactor was proposed.The results showed that the effluent of oil-refining waste-water treatment using this process was stable.When the total hydraulic retention time (HRT) was about 10 hours,COD and NH3-N in effluent were less than 100mg/l respectively.
