细胞生长时期对两种海洋微藻总脂含量和脂肪酸组成的影响
Effect of Cell Growth Phase on Total Lipid Content and Fatty Acid Composition of Two Marine Microalgae
【摘要】 报道海洋微藻后棘藻 (Ellipsoidion sp.7- 14)和眼点拟微球藻 (N annochloropsis oculata)细胞生长时期对细胞内总脂含量和脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明 ,两种微藻的总脂均在稳定期含量最高 ,分别占干重的 54.5%和 4 3.3% ,而 EPA、ω- 3多不饱和脂肪酸和总 PUFA的最高比例均出现在对数早期 ,EPA占总脂肪酸的比例可分别高达 2 7.3%和 2 7.7% ,同时总脂的含量却最低 ,分别占干重的 2 2 .9%和 2 2 .0 %。在生长对数期中 EPA是脂肪酸的主要成分 ,而在稳定期中16∶ 0、16∶ 1ω9和 18∶ 1ω9是脂肪酸的主要成分。
【Abstract】 The effect of cell growth phase on the total lipid content and fatty acid composition of marine microalgae Ellipsoidion sp.7 14 and Nannochloropsis oculata is reported in this paper. The results show that the highest contents of total lipid in both microalgae were 54.5% of dry weight for Ellipsoidion sp.7 14 and 43.3% for Nannochloropsis oculata at the stationary phase, respectively. The highest proportion of EPA,ω 3 PUFAs and total PUFAs were observed at an early log growth phase, the EPA proportion in total fatty acid were up to 27.3% for Ellipsoidion sp. 7 14 and 27.7% for Nannochloropsis oculata, meanwhile the lowest total lipid content was 22.9% of dry weight for Ellipsoidion sp.7 14 and 22.0% for Nannochloropsis oculata .It was also shown that EPA was the dominant fatty acid in the cells of log growth phase, but 16∶0,16 ∶1ω9 and 18∶1ω9 became the dominant fatty acids at the stationary growth phase.
