大亚湾海水胶体粒子生物—化学研究(二)痕量金属交换吸附的昼夜变化
Biochemical Studies on Colloid Particles at Daya Bay I (Part 2) Diurnal Variations of Exchange Adsorption of Trace Metals
【摘要】 1998年 11月对大亚湾大鹏澳网箱养殖海区定点 2 4 h连续观测 ,测定了痕量金属、营养盐、溶解氧和盐度等项目 ;利用质量平衡实验验证了切向超滤实验对痕量金属回收的可行性 ;分析了不同粒径微粒上痕量金属与水环境要素的周日变化特征
【Abstract】 In November 1998, the data of trace metals, nutrients, DO, salinity etc. were observed continuously at the net cage culture area for 24h in Dapeng′ao(bight) at Daya Bay. The mass balance experiment shows that it is feasible to recover trace metals by cross flow ultrafiltration experiment. The features of diurnal variation in both trace metals in different size fractions and the seawater environmental parameters are analyzed. The relationship between dissolved trace metals and nutriants in the net cage culture area is discussed.
