物理法制备的纳米过渡金属催化剂上CO的氧化(Ⅱ)——纳米铜粒子的真空热处理
CO Oxidation over Nanometer Copper Catalysts Prepared by Physical Method ——Heat Pretreatment to Nanometer Copper in Vacuum
【摘要】 用TEM、XRD等方法研究了蒸发法制备的纳米铜真空热处理后粒子尺寸及晶相的变化。将处理后的铜粒子负载于氧化铝上 ,考察了对CO氧化反应的催化活性。结果表明 ,随真空热处理温度的增加 ,纳米铜粒子烧结程度增加 ,尺寸变大 ,催化活性下降 ,晶相也由Cu、CuO变为Cu2 O。
【Abstract】 TEM and XRD were used to study the changes in particle size and crystal phase of nanometer copper after heat pretreatment in vacuum. The activities for CO oxidation over catalysts supported alumina were studied, in which active component nanometer copper particles were heated in vacuum. The results showed that with the increasing of pretreatment temperature, the sintering degree and particle size of nanometer copper increased, while catalytic activities decreased,and the crystal phase consisting of Cu, CuO changed into Cu2O.
