Zn-ZSM-5、Cr-ZSM-5和F-ZSM-5的表面状态及催化裂化性能的研究

【摘要】 采用XPS方法考察了Zn -ZSM - 5、Cr -ZSM - 5和F -ZSM - 5的表面状态。并用正十六烷裂化反应考察了各种改性ZSM - 5样品水热处理前后的催化性能。结果表明 :经水热处理后 ,ZSM - 5样品均发生骨架脱铝 ,导致活性大幅度下降 ;HZSM - 5经ZnCl2 ,CrCl3改性后 ,其水热处理后的活性明显提高 ,经NH4F改性后 ,其水热处理后的活性明显下降

【Abstract】 The surface constitutions of Zn ZSM 5, Gr ZSM 5 and F ZSM 5 were examined by XPS. The catalytic activities before and after steam treatment of the various modified ZSM5 samples were investigated by cracking reaction of n Hexadecane. The results showed (1) ZSM 5 samples underwent de aluminum of framework during the process of steaming and their cracking activities decreased dramatically; (2)After steam treatment, the cracking activities of HZSM 5 modified by ZnCl 2, CrCl 3 in creased obviously, so did the cracking activity of HZSM 5 modified by NH 4F.
