金属含量对非贵金属催化剂异构化性能的影响
On Ni-Mo-P/HZSM-5 Non-Noble Catalysts for Isomerization
【摘要】 在压力连续微反 色谱装置上 ,以正己烷为反应物 ,研究了用非贵金属Ni和Mo改性的ZSM - 5催化剂的异构化催化性能。逐步负载Ni和Mo后 ,HZSM - 5催化剂的催化性能逐渐提高。在空速为 2h- 1 ,氢烃摩尔比为 8 0 ,压力为 1 5MPa ,反应温度为 2 30℃的条件下 ,当Ni含量为 1 0 %、Mo含量为 2 0 %时 ,催化剂的异构化活性、选择性和转化率分别高达 1 8 6% ,39 9%和 46 6%
【Abstract】 The catalytic properties of HZSM 5 loaded Ni and Mo gradually for the n hexane are studied on continuous flow pressure microreactor chromatograph.Under the conditions of 230℃,1 5 MPa,space velocity of 2.0 h -1 and H 2/nC 6 molar ratio of 8.0, the properties of the catalyst are gradually improved.When the catalysts contents of Ni and Mo are 1.0% and 2 0% respectively, the isomerization activity is up to 18 6%, selectivity 39.9%, and conversion 46.6%.
