乳液聚合法合成单分散交联PS纳米微球

【摘要】 采用乳液聚合法合成一系列粒径在 60~ 2 0 0 μm间的单分散交联PS微球 ,并探讨影响乳液聚合稳定性、粒径大小及微球单分散性的因素。结果表明 :实验范围内 ,增加乳化剂用量 ,减少引发剂用量 ,降低搅拌速度和反应温度有利于常规乳液聚合体系的稳定。减少乳化剂用量和采用分批加入乳化剂的方式使交联PS微球粒径增大 ,微球粒径的单分散性提高 ;提高聚合温度和延长聚合时间也有利于增大交联PS微球粒径和提高微球粒径的单分散性

【Abstract】 Monodisperse cross linked polystyrene microspheres of 60~200 nm diameters were prepared by emulsion polymerization.The various effects on stability of emulsion polymerization and on the diameter and size distribution of microspheres were investigated. The results indicate:within the experiment,the increase of amount of emulsifier sodium oleate,the decrease of amount of initiator potassium persulfate,the decline of stirring speed and polymerizing temperature were adavantageous to the stabilization of emulsion polymerization. The diameters and monodispersibility of microspheres were enhanced by the decrease of amount of emulsifier sodium oleate and by batch addition of emulsifier sodium oleate in two steps. And the diameters and monodispersibility were increased by the rise of polymerizing temperature and the extension of polymerizing time as well.
