X-5大孔吸附树脂吸附和分离萝卜色素

【摘要】 研究了吸附和分离萝卜色素的方法和条件 ,X- 5大孔吸附树脂对萝卜色素具有较好的吸附能力 ,温度、酸度条件等对吸附能力有影响。温度较高时 ,吸附较快 ,吸附能力在 p H=3.0时最强。酒精体积分数对解吸效果有影响 ,酒精体积分数为 70 %时解吸效果最好。

【Abstract】 The methods and conditions of adsorbing and desorption radish pigment were studied. The results show that the X 5 Macro porous resin has good adsorbing ability for radish pigment. The adsorbing ability is affected by temperature and acidity. The higher the temperature, the faster the adsorbing. This resin has a high adsorbing ability for radish pigment when the acidity is about pH=3.0. The concentration of alcohol has an effect on desorption. When the concentration is about 70%, the result of desorption is good.
