【摘要】 本文首次报道了从樟树叶提取红、绿两种色素。通过正交实验法确定了最佳提取条件 ,并分别对樟树叶红、绿两色素的理化性质和可能的化学成分进行了探讨。将樟树叶红、绿两种色素分别应用于饮料和果酒的着色 ,取得了6个月品质保持优良的满意结果更多还原
