空间导叶叶片的一种测绘方法
A METHOD FOR MEASURING THE SPACE BOWL VANES
【摘要】 介绍了一种实用且准确的空间导叶叶片的测绘方法。首先 ,根据导叶样品 ,测出导叶的各有关尺寸 ,作出外形图 ,然后去除外壳体 ,再保留一至两枚叶片 ,画等高线 ,测得叶片内外流线在等高线各点到中心线的半径尺寸 ,作出导叶的轴面投影图。接着 ,在叶片工作面的左侧 ,作一过导叶轴心线的垂直剖切面 ,与导叶内壳体外表面相交。测得叶片工作面一侧内、外流线上各点到垂直剖切面与导叶内壳体外表面各交点的弦长 ,并利用三角函数计算方法求得叶片工作面一侧内外流线上各点的坐标 ,据此作出叶片的内外流线展开图。最后 ,测得叶片各点的圆周厚度 Su,作出背面一侧的流线。用此方法 ,我们测绘了一批导叶样品 ,试制送样后 ,样品经客户检测 ,性能全部合格 ,得到了用户的认可
【Abstract】 WT10.5,10.]This article introduces a method for measuring practical and accurate space bowl vanes’. Firstly, survey each relevant dimension of bowl as per sample, and draw the outline drawing, then remove the outer casing, while remaining one to two vanes to draw contour lines, survey radius dimensions from each point of vane’s interior and exterior streamline at the contour lines to centre line, to draw the bowl’s section passing centre line’s projection drawing. Following step is to draw a vertical section passing bowl’s axis at the left side of vane’s working surface, this section is to intersect with bowl’s inner casing’s outer surface and survey the chord dimension from each point of interior and exterior streamline at one side of the vanes to each intersection point between the vertical section and bowl’s inner casing’s outer surface, and takes the use of triangular function’s computing method to get every coordinate on the streamline at one side of the vane’s working surface, on the basis of this, to draw the expanded view of vane’s inner and outer streamlines. Finally, to survey vane’s each points’ circumference thickness S u, and draw the back side’s streamline. In this way, we have surveyed a lot bowl samples, after samples’ sending and customer’s testing , all performance are qualified and won our customer’s approval.
