变型二浴法的研究—铬的利用率

【摘要】 本文主要探讨了两方面的问题 :①变型二浴法与一浴法废液的排放量。②红矾与铬液的加料顺序及用量配比对铬的利用率的影响。结果表明 :①变型二浴法的废铬液排放量大于一浴法铬鞣的排放量。②铬的利用率的排序是 :二浴铬鞣法 <一浴铬鞣法 <变型二浴法 ,且变型二浴法铬的利用率可通过调节红矾的用量和先加铬液的方法加以控制 ,以使铬的利用率达到最大

【Abstract】 In this paper, two problems are studied. First, the discharge of effluent liquor of one-bath tanning process and the modified two-bath tanning process. Secondly, the influence of utilization ratio of chromium about the order of the added materials and different proportion of chrome liquor and chrome salt. The result shows that the waste liquors discharge of one-bath tanning process is smaller than the modified two-bath tanning process. The order of utilization ratio of chromium is that the modified two-bath process is the biggest, two-bath tanning process is the smallest in the three kinds of the tanning processes. And, the utilization ratio of chromium can be regulated by dosage of sodium dichromate and the different order of the added material.
